E-433
Engine 433 was purchased in 1976 from the Congers Fire Department in Rockland County NY. It is a 1956 Ward LaFrance with a Waterous 750 GPM pump. During its time with us, we increased the tank to 750 gallons and added crosslays. It was a unique truck because of the closed cab. There were many Ward LaFrance trucks in the area but most were open cabs. E-433 was our Company's workhorse until it was retired in 1996.
