At 07:51hrs Station 34 was dispatched to an AFA on Route 209. 53 Control updated responding units that the alarm was from a pull station with no further information. Upon arrival of 34-1 and 34-11, the residence was evacuated and nothing was showing.

At 12:03hrs Station 34 was dispatched to a 3 car MVA at Route 209 and Haven Road. Upon arrival, 34-2 found it to be a 2 car MVA with minor injuries. 34-11 arrived and crews controlled hazards and assisted NYSP with traffic control.

At 02:55hrs Station 34 was dispatched to a MVA on Route 209 and Haven Road. 34-11 arrived on scene of a 2 car head on MVA where one vehicle rolled over. All occupants were out of the vehicles prior to arrival.
At 13:18hrs Station 34 was dispatched to assist Mount Hope Fire with a mountain rescue in the area of Orange County Route 61 and State Route 211. 34-61 responded and assisted at the rescue scene. A second request was made for the Engine to stand by at the Otisville Fire Station.
