At 14:24hrs Station 34 was dispatched on a out of County Mutual Aid assignment to Port Jervis. The request was to establish a fill site at the Port Jervis FTC. Port Jervis and multiple mutual aid Departments were operating at a working structure fire on East Main Street.

At 09:16hrs Station 34 was dispatched for the Engine to Mount Hope for a working residential fire after Mount Hope went to a 2nd alarm. The crew arrived and was put to work on the first floor. The crews opened walls and pulled ceilings getting to areas of fire.

At 07:00hrs Station 34 assisted the NYS DEC and the Cragsmoor Fire Department in Ulster County. The crew assisted with stabilization on a fire line around a 2,000 acre wildfire that had been burning for several days.

After freezing temperatures hit the area last night, high winds, snow and ice followed. The firefighters were busy with tree and wires down calls starting at 07:30am. Throughout the day FFs removed downed trees from the roadways and barricading roads where wires were down and burning.
