Congratulations to all the members of the Westbrookville Fire Company for winning the trophy for "Second Best Appearing Apparatus" at the Sullivan County Fireman's Parade on September 17th in Rock Hill. Engine 34-11 looked GREAT!!!!!
On behalf of our club members I wish to send my sincere thanks to your firefighters for thier response to our member's fall in the back of our property on Monday Aug 1. He was airlifted to St Francis Hospital with injuries sustained in the fall. It will be awhile before he is up and around, but I'am sure he will thank you personally when he returns home. Please pass on my thanks to all the other personnel and agencies who assisted in the rescue. Paul Murphy, Old Timers Rod and Gun Club.
Many thanks to your department for coming up to our club party (2 July 2011) and showing our children the fire truck and equipment. Your demonstration will be a memory that the kids will carry for a life time. My grandchildren talked about you fire training all weekend!! Thanks #34 for your time!
